(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2023, the President makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 December 2023.
