(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013, Mr Tan Chuan‑Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. Section 15 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013 shall come into operation on 15th December 2013.
