(Authorisation) (Amendment)
Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 27 July 2020.

Amendment of Part 13 of First Schedule

2. Part 13 of the First Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 62/2019) is amended by deleting the heading “MINISTRY OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND WATER RESOURCES” and substituting the heading “MINISTRY OF SUSTAINABILITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT”.
