Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2004.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Items 118 and 119 in the Second Schedule to the Companies Act are deleted and the following items substituted therefor:

Lodgment of petition with the Court
As prescribed by Rules of Court (Cap. 322, R 5)*
 
 
 
*To be paid to the Court

On every application to the Court for approval or sanction of a compromise, arrangement, scheme or proposal
As prescribed by Rules of Court or the Companies (Winding Up) Rules (R 1), whichever is applicable*
