Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st January 2005.
