Energy Conservation (Energy Management
Practices) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78(1) of the Energy Conservation Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Energy Conservation (Energy Management Practices) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of regulation 10

2. Regulation 10(7) of the Energy Conservation (Energy Management Practices) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 246/2013) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “section 29(3)” and substituting the words “section 31B(2)”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “section 29(1)” and substituting the words “section 28(1)”.

Amendment of regulation 11

3. Regulation 11(13) of the Energy Conservation (Energy Management Practices) Regulations 2013 is amended by deleting the words “section 30(5)” and substituting the words “section 31B(4)”.
