(Amendment No. 4) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 January 2018.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the words “and Industrial” in the definitions of “commercial property” and “stall”.
