(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Business Trusts Act 2004, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 October 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Business Trusts Regulations (Rg 2), in the First Schedule, after item 27, delete “The fees specified in items 25, 26 and 27 are inclusive of the goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A). No goods and services tax is chargeable for the other items.”.
