Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 5th February 2002.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 516/2001) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (d); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(f)	regulations 12 (8) and 15 of the Telecommunications (Certificates of Competency for Ship Station Operators) Regulations 2002 (G.N. No. S 44/2002).”.
