Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations (Rg 11) is amended by inserting, immediately above the heading “Other Wastes”, the following heading and item:
“
Organotin Compounds
 
 
Sludges, residues, effluents and spent blasting grit generated from removal of paints containing organotin compounds

0 kg
”.
