Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 2(f), 16, 20, 31 and 32(1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2016 come into operation on 30 December 2017.
