(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2015.
2.  Section 38(5) of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 comes into operation on 1 January 2016.
