Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Sands Mega Number Finale” promotion to be held from 4th March 2011 to 6th March 2011 (both dates inclusive) (referred to in this paragraph as the relevant period) and the hourly draws to be held from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Basement 2 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands during the relevant period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th February 2011.
