(Importers’ Licensing) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47(1) of the Building and Construction Authority Act 1999, the Building and Construction Authority, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building and Construction Authority (Importers’ Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 4 October 2024.

Deletion of regulation 6

2. In the Building and Construction Authority (Importers’ Licensing) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 122/2011), delete regulation 6.

Amendment of First Schedule

3. In the Building and Construction Authority (Importers’ Licensing) Regulations 2011, in the First Schedule —

(a)	in the Schedule reference, delete “6(1),”; and
(b)	delete item 3.
