Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Accredited Checkers and Accredited Checking Organisations) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 4 October 2024.
Deletion of regulation 6
2.  In the Building Control (Accredited Checkers and Accredited Checking Organisations) Regulations (Rg 2), delete regulation 6.
