2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

Exemption for athletes and coaches |
3.—(1) Subject to sub‑paragraph (2), every athlete participating in the SEASA or SIS and the athlete’s coach is exempt from section 13 of the Act for possessing, controlling or using any firearm, air‑gun or ammunition —

Exemption for authorised persons servicing or repairing firearm or air‑gun |
4. A person who is authorised by the relevant authority to undertake the servicing or repair of any firearm or air‑gun used by any athlete participating in the SEASA or SIS is exempt from section 13 of the Act in relation to possessing, controlling, repairing or dealing in any such firearm or air‑gun, if —

Exemption for SEASA and SIS organising committees |
5. The respective organising committees of the SEASA and the SIS, and every member of each of those organising committees, are exempt from section 13 of the Act for arranging or authorising the import, export, storage or transport of any firearm, air‑gun or ammunition —

Exemption for import and export by approved freight forwarders |
6. A freight forwarder is exempt from section 13 of the Act for importing or exporting any firearm, air‑gun or ammunition if —

Exemption for persons storing firearm, air‑gun or ammunition |
7. A person is exempt from section 13 of the Act for storing any firearm, air‑gun or ammunition if —

Exemption for transporters |
8. A person is exempt from section 13 of the Act for transporting any firearm, air‑gun or ammunition directly (and without detour) from any approved storage premises to an approved shooting range and vice versa if —
