(Regulated Individuals)
(Amendment) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36M of the Legal Profession Act 1966, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Legal Profession (Regulated Individuals) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 11 October 2024.
Amendment of rule 24
2.  In the Legal Profession (Regulated Individuals) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 701/2015), in rule 24 —
(a)in paragraph (a), insert “or” at the end; and
(b)delete paragraph (b).
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  In the Legal Profession (Regulated Individuals) Rules 2015, in the Second Schedule, in item 13 —
(a)in paragraph (a), insert “or” at the end; and
(b)delete paragraph (b) and the fee corresponding to it.
