In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 14 September 2020.

Deletion and substitution of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials — Exemption) Order (O 4) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
