(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205(f) of the Singapore Armed Forces Act 1972, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Summary Trial) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 28 October 2022.

Amendment of regulation 14

2. In regulation 14(1)(a) of the Singapore Armed Forces (Summary Trial) Regulations (Rg 2) —

(a)	replace “and” with “or”; and
(b)	after “senior military expert of”, insert “or above”.
