Public Trustee (Fees)
(Amendment) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18(1) and 23 of the Public Trustee Act 1915, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Public Trustee (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 11 October 2024.
Deletion of rule 7A
2.  In the Public Trustee (Fees) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 248/2010), delete rule 7A.
