Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (w), the following paragraphs:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (u), the following paragraph:
