Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2011.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Tampines Central Constituency Sports Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Tampines Central Mahjong Competition 2011” to be held on 3rd April 2011 at the multi-purpose hall of Tampines Central Community Club.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Tampines Central Constituency Sports Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th February 2011.
