(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205(v) of the Singapore Armed Forces Act 1972, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 28 October 2022.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. In regulation 5(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) Regulations (Rg 15), after sub-paragraph (d), insert —

“(da)

the Chief of Digital and Intelligence Service;”.
