(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Adoption of Children Act 2022, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Adoption of Children Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Adoption of Children Act 2022 comes into operation on 15 October 2024.
