Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 8) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Fourteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 2(1), replace “Adoption of Children Act 1939’’ with “Adoption of Children Act 2022’’.
