| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 7) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 24th November 2005. |

| 2. BSI Bank Limited is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act. |
