(Exemptions) (Revocation)
(No. 2) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Residential Property (Exemptions) (Revocation) (No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 26 October 2021.
Revocation
2.  The following Notifications are revoked:
(a)the Residential Property (Fragrance Group Limited — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 43/2021);
(b)the Residential Property (Fragrance Victory Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 333/2021);
(c)the Residential Property (Fragrance Treasures Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 334/2021).
