(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(1) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Workplace Safety and Health (COVID‑19 Safe Workplace) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 7 February 2022.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3(2) of the Workplace Safety and Health (COVID‑19 Safe Workplace) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 992/2021) is amended —

(a)	by inserting the word “or” at the end of sub‑paragraph (a); and
(b)	by deleting sub-paragraph (b).
