Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 5th January 2005.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting paragraph (g) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(g)	the jetty at Changi Point Ferry Terminal;”.
