(Chapter 70)
Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 5th January 2005.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —
(a)by deleting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(ii)the jetty at Changi Point Ferry Terminal;”; and
(b)by deleting sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(iii)the jetty at Changi Point Ferry Terminal;”.
