(Chapter 70)
Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1)(d) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 5th January 2005.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Offices and Stations) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by deleting item (7) and substituting the following item:
“(7)  Changi Point Ferry Terminal, 51 Lorong Bekukong;”.
