Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2010.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 692/2010) is amended by deleting the words “20th November 2010 to 31st December 2010” and substituting the words “20th November 2010 to 3rd January 2011”.
