(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 5(a), 6, 8 and 16(b) and (c) of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 come into operation on 29 December 2019.
