In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Healthcare Services Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 58 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020 comes into operation on 18 December 2023.
