(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Legal Aid and Advice Act 1995, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Legal Aid and Advice Regulations (Rg 1), in the Second Schedule, in paragraph 1(a), replace “Adoption of Children Act 1939”, with “repealed Adoption of Children Act 1939 or the Adoption of Children Act 2022”.
