Estate Duty Act (Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(3) of the Estate Duty Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Estate Duty Act (Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 30th November 1995.

2. The Fourteenth Schedule to the Estate Duty Act is amended by inserting, immediately below the words “The Law Society of Singapore.”, the words “The National Heritage Board.”.

Made this 4th day of January 1996.
