Personal Data Protection
(Notification of Data Breaches)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Personal Data Protection Commission, with the approval of the Minister for Digital Development and Information, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Personal Data Protection (Notification of Data Breaches) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Personal Data Protection (Notification of Data Breaches) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 64/2021), in the Schedule, in Part 1, in paragraph 23(a), replace “Adoption of Children Act (Cap. 4)” with “repealed Adoption of Children Act 1939 or the Adoption of Children Act 2022”.
