In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 9) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of Twelfth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Twelfth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, after item 13, insert —
“13A.  Platform Workers Act 2024”.
