(Electronic Monitoring)
(Revocation) Rules 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(1) of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Criminal Law (Electronic Monitoring) (Revocation) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 January 2019.
Revocation
2.  The Criminal Law (Electronic Monitoring) Rules (R 3) are revoked.
