(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 734/2020), in regulation 2(a), after “30(1)”, insert “, (2A)”.
