| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th December 2009. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank Aktiengesellschaft” in item (94) and substituting the words “UniCredit Bank AG”.
