Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2005

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st January 2006, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 527/2004) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Elections Department.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “National Research Foundation.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Prevention of Corrupt Practices.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “National Research, Innovation and Enterprise Strategies.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2005.
