(Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act 1975, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 November 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9), in the Schedule, in paragraph 1, after the item “Bromazepam”, insert —
“Bromazolam”.
