Casino Control Act
(Chapter 33A)
Casino Control (Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(1) of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2010.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Casino Control (Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 242/2010) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Three Pictures (MBS)” in sub-paragraph (k), the words “(Version 2)”; and
(b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (l) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:
“(m)Texas Hold’em Bonus Progressive (MBS);
(n)Three Card Poker (MBS).”.
