(Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Work Injury Compensation (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Work Injury Compensation Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 729/2020), in the First Schedule —
(a)in item 1, after paragraph (b), insert —
“(c)nursing home service”; and
(b)delete item 1A.
