(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 3 November 2022.

Amendment of regulation 42

2. In regulation 42 of the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 502/2018) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “and” at the end; and

(b)

after paragraph (a), insert —

“(aa)

obtain and assess airworthiness information from the organisation responsible for the design of the modification or repair of the aeroplane or helicopter; and”.
