Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2010

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st January 2011, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 301/2006) —

(a)	by deleting the words “National Population Secretariat.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies” and substituting the words “National Population and Talent Division.”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Population Policies.” under the heading “Subjects” and substituting the words “Population and Talent Policies.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2010.
