Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, the Minister for Labour hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st February 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:

“1A. Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital.

[G.N. Nos.]

[S 177/92]

[S 369/92”; and]

(b)

by renumbering the existing item 1A as item 1B.
