(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Rules 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A(2) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 14th February 2013.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b)

by deleting the words “Order 2008 (G.N. No. S 185/2008).” and substituting the words “Order (O 8); and”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:

“(c)	an offence under paragraph 64H of the Air Navigation Order (O 2).”.
