Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 February 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act is amended by inserting, immediately at the end thereof, the following items:

Old Title or Name of Office

New Title or Name of Office

“Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court

Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Deputy Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court

Deputy Chief Executive of the Supreme Court.”.
